| Council 15 ALERT 2011-03 January 3, 2011 Public Act 2010-110
AN ACT MAKING REVISIONS TO STATUTES CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
A copy of Public 2010-110 which details revisions to DMV Statutes is attached.
Of particular interest from a labor standpoint is Section 14-10, Section 28, Subsection(e) [effective October 1, 2010] which adds a lake patrolmanto those government employees who submits a written request and furnishes such individuals's business address to the commissioner, such business address only shall be disclosed or available for public inspection to the extent authorized by this section.
